It was founded by Dr. Wang Xiaowei from the Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is headquartered in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. It has established two production bases in Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province. The company has multiple institutions including a research and development center, a technology conversion center, and a marketing center. The company has been selected for the "500 Elite" Talent Entrepreneurship Project in Taizhou and the "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" in Zhejiang Province. The company participated as the main drafting unit in the development of the "Guidelines for Carbon Footprint Assessment of Degradable Plastic Products" (T/CIET242-2023) standard. The company has successfully developed a series of fully biodegradable plastics and biobased plastic products based on PBAT (polyethylene terephthalate/adipate), PLA (polylactic acid), starch, and other materials. The company has a strong R&D team, including one professor level senior engineer and two PhDs.
